The same answers as on the phone — now typed.
Someone on your website has a question and doesn’t want to ring for it. Without a chat they click away; with a bad chat they click away too, only more annoyed.
The Voxori chat widget runs on the same brain and the same knowledge base as your phone. Whatever isn’t in there doesn’t get made up — not in writing either.
In pilot · works without a Voxori phone number · included in Voxori Complete
In pilot
In pilot means: built and tested, not live by default. We switch this module on per customer after a guided start — listening in on a few real conversations before anything runs unattended.
Two switches, both off by default. You switch the module on in your portal, and we have to have released it platform-wide. If either one is missing the module does nothing — no half measures, no button that quietly does nothing.
The price is on the price list, because that is a commercial choice. Saying it “already runs at customers” would be untrue — which is exactly why this block is here.
No second system, no second truth
Most chat widgets are a separate product with a knowledge base of their own that you have to maintain separately. Within a month the chat gives different answers from the phone, and by then the trust is gone.
This widget is not a separate product. It talks to the same Voxori that answers your phone and it draws on the same knowledge base. Update an answer and it applies to both at once.
You place it on your own site with a snippet of code. One more thing: it works without a Voxori phone number too — so you can have the chat on its own if you’re not ready to start with the phone side.
Customer service chat widget, concretely.
An answer while the visitor is still there
Not a contact form that gets answered tomorrow, but an answer at the moment the question comes up.
The same limit as on the phone
If it isn’t in your knowledge base, it isn’t claimed. A chat that makes things up costs you more than no chat at all.
The required AI disclosure, properly handled
The visitor knows they are talking to an AI. That is not a choice but a requirement of the European AI Act, and it is in there by default.
Works without a phone number
You don’t need a Voxori phone line to use the chat. Useful if you want to start small.
One knowledge base for both channels
Update an answer and it applies to the phone and the chat straight away. No two places drifting apart.
Conversations you can read back
Chat conversations land in the same overview as your calls. One list showing what people are asking.
What the chat widget does not do
The limits again, before anyone signs up for the wrong expectation:
It does not take over your helpdesk. It answers questions that have a settled answer. Everything beyond that belongs with a person, and the widget is honest about that.
It does not pose as a member of staff. The AI disclosure is there and it stays there. A chatbot with an invented first name and a headshot is deception, however well it converts.
It has not run at a real customer yet. Built and tested, and behind two locks. We switch it on per customer after a guided start — reading along with a few real conversations before it sits unattended on your site.
What does it cost?
Customer service chat widget is a separate module on top of Voxori Base (€79/mo) at +€29/mo, and it is included in Voxori Complete (€319/mo). You never pay more than the Voxori Complete price: stack modules beyond that amount and you get Voxori Complete. €0 setup, cancel monthly, prices exclude VAT.
Questions about Customer service chat widget.
Do I need Voxori telephony for the chat widget?
No. The widget works entirely without a phone number, so you can have the chat on its own. If you do have telephony, chat and phone share the same knowledge base.
How do I put it on my website?
With a snippet of code that you paste into your site once. We help with that during the guided start.
Does the visitor know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The disclosure is in there by default and cannot be switched off — that is what the European AI Act prescribes, and it is simply decent.
Where does the chat get its answers?
From your knowledge base. The same one the phone uses. If there is no answer in it, the chat says so and points the way to a person.
What does “in pilot” mean?
Built and tested, behind two locks and not yet run at a real customer. Switching it on happens per customer after a guided start; we name no date for when that changes.
